1968 : Creation of ORAPI (Office de Recherche et d’Application de Produits pour l’Industrie, or Research and Application Office for Industrial Products). At the time, ORAPI only sold special lubricants

1993: Construction of a factory in Lyon (France) and creation of an R&D Laboratory

1995: Creation of the international division

1998: Acquisition of Canadian company RELEASALL based in Montreal
Implementation of a strategy aimed at setting up distribution subsidiaries throughout the world
 

2000: Integration of ORAPI Group stock on the Stock Exchange
Acquisition of British company PRONATUR and the SPECTRACOLOR brand

2002: Acquisition of the DEGRYP-OIL brand and aerosol conditioning technology.
Acquisition of Scandinavian company NORMAX (Finland-Sweden)

2003: Continued integration of ICG in Atlanta (USA)
ICG takeover in Singapore
Creation of ORAPI Italia

2005: Acquisition of Lyon-based companies LUPROTEC and MEYSSOL Laboratories

2006: Acquisition of entities of the APPLIED CHEMICALS Group in Asia (Singapore and Malaysia) and Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Norway)

2007: Acquisition of GRAMOS APPLIED's British plant (Smethwick- Birmingham)
Acquisition of the DACD company (Valence-France)

2008: Acquisition of the CHIMIOTECHNIC company (Lyon-France)
Acquisition of GARCIN BACTINYL Laboratorie
Acquisition of the PROVEN Group (Nice-France)

2010: Acquisition of the PHEM Technologies company (Paris – France)
Acquisition of the CREST company (Toronto-Canada)

2011: Acquisition of TOP HYGIENE (France)
Acquisition of TRANSNET's brand (France)
