PRODUCTS
To meet the needs of industries and industrial processes, we offer a full range of commercial products for maintaining and repairing equipment and machines in every industry. We supply technicians with the products that simplify their work, make their on-site servicing periods less frequent, provide protection for them and prolong the lifespan of their equipment and machines, while also helping them reduce costs.
These products are penetrating oils, solvents, strippers, lubricants, greases, adhesives, glues, anti-corrosion protection products, etc.

DISTRIBUTION
The products are sold directly to key account OEMs (product consumers) and wholesale industrial distributors.

CREATIVITY
In partnership with its major industrial customers, ORAPI develops tailor-made products adapted to industrial standards.
In the North Sea, ORAPI has developed a specific lubricant for lubricating the cables of off-shore oil platforms.
The flexibility and adaptability of the ORAPI factories mean that multiple partnerships with manufacturers are the key to success and guarantee better returns for customers.

Products for use in food processing
ORAPI offers an entire range of products for food processing certified to meet the international standards of the FDA, NSF, INS.
These products may come into contact with foodstuffs.
They are sold to industry leaders in France and abroad.
In Europe, we have developed a descaler which we sell to leading coffee company Nespresso for all its coffee makers.
In South Africa, we supply our food processing product range to the largest industrial baker, a producer of burger buns. Since they started using these products six years ago, their maintenance costs have dropped by 50%.

"PMUC" products (Products and Equipment Usable in Nuclear Power Plants)
For more than 25 years, the ORAPI Group has partnered with EDF (the French power company) to develop specific products known as "PMUC" for use in assembly, disassembly, machining and anti-corrosion protection in nuclear power stations. All these power stations use ORAPI PMUC products during their shutdowns.
The ORAPI PMUC range includes 55 products manufactured in ORAPI's French factories according to specific procedures and standards. All these products, specially designed and formulated for applications in power stations, are chlorine-, sulphur-, fluorine-, and bromine-free. EDF and the Nuclear Safety Department (Direction de la Sureté Nucléaire) require exemplary traceability for PMUC products and will not accept any break in the chain. This is why PMUC products are sold without an intermediary.
ORAPI has taken its know-how outside of France, in particular to South Africa where the Koeberg nuclear power station, located 30 km (about 19 miles) from Cape Town, uses ORAPI PMUC products. In China ORAPI PMUC products have been implemented in power stations using French technology.
Through such partnerships, ORAPI has demonstrated its global expertise and commitment to its clients.
